The Journey of Life Begins at Home... Welcome to the virtual office of the West Virginia
Council of Home Care Agencies. Our purpose is to serve as the professional association of the
fine group of home health providers throughout West
Virginia. We strive to represent, educate, and support
the home health provider community and the patients they
serve. Our members are Medicare certified home health providers who
provide services such as skilled nursing, physical therapy,
occupational therapy, speech therapy and home health aide services
in the comfort and privacy of the patient's home. Our
